Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (1-8 yrs)
The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic plans to meet sales goals, foster customer relationships, and strengthen our brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives for telescopic drawer channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets to drive expansion and penetration in key sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to maximize their productivity and performance.
- Work closely with product development and marketing teams to align strategies, gather market insights, and contribute to product enhancements.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to boost product awareness and brand reputation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-7 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Insurance or BFSI industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to lead successful sales teams.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
