Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (1-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Provide support to sales managers in addressing customer needs, offering insurance solutions, and resolving issues.
- Actively seek out and identify potential clients through various channels.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide valuable feedback to the sales team.
- Motivate and guide sales agents towards achieving and exceeding targets.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and sales forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally within the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Knowledge of insurance products and market trends is a significant advantage.
