Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (1-7 yrs)
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- Activation and agent recruitment
- Make sales leads for motor insurance sales (for two-wheelers, cars, JCBs, school buses, and Tata Ace).
- Providing excellent customer service
- The policy's issuance and reference gathering
- Keeping good relations with agents in order to maintain a successful business
- Manager assistance will be readily available to assist.
- Set up meetings with potential customers to discuss annuity products.
- Use and abide by the need-based selling strategy.
- Coordinate with the Nodal Officer to close the policy, and ensure timely policy issuance by resolving any outstanding issues.
- Give all assigned customers prompt post-sales support with regard to all domains.
- To serve his customer portfolio, he must adhere to the customer touchpoint engagement.
- The desired persistency ratio is being maintained.
- Keeping good communication with the agents and giving them regular product and process training.
- Acting as a problem solver and proactively resolving issues and inquiries
- Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries while keeping organized, systematic records of each meeting.
- Increase mobilisation through consistent follow-ups and the development of strong bonds with agents.
- Ensure that agents are continually informed about new products and underwriting guidelines.
Requirement :
1) The candidate should have at least 1-3 years of experience in the Sales and Marketing
2) The age range should be 21 to 35 years.
3) Must be a graduate or higher
4) Must be a native and possess expert geographic knowledge
