Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Consistently hiring new agents and advisers. Agreement and continual monitoring of its activation.
- Manage health-related retail merchandise.
- Creating partnerships with agents.
- Conduct regular field tours to introduce insurance products to agents and individuals.
- Communicating with several divisions, including Underwriting, Claims, and Operations.
- Meet with agents, lead providers, and intermediates on a regular basis and maintain detailed records.
- Training and inspiring agents to enter contests and win money.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least two years of sales experience in any field.
- Education level: graduate.
- Age: between 22 and 38 years.
- Excellent sales ability and communication capabilities.
