Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Key Responsibility :
- The person in charge is going to develop and carry out a sales plan for the partner in order to achieve the sales unit's business targets. Lead, motivate, and train your partner.
- Set up and monitor specific objectives to meet the agreed-upon sales targets for the partners.
- Assistance partners develop and track leads, as well as close sales.
- Help train partners in recommending products and services to customers based on needs research.
- Assist the partner with their ongoing training to ensure a fruitful channel at all times.
- Obtain frequently asked questions from customers and collaborators about their satisfaction with the selling process and items.
- Examine the partner's sales plan and assist them to develop.
Requirement:
- Position Name: Sales Executive / Relationship Manager
- Educational Qualifications : Any graduation
- Experience Minimum : 1 year and above
