Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)

Main Responsibilities:
- Meeting sales goals by connecting with offered leads.
- Visiting potential consumers in designated locations to better understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance options.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients.
- Assisting consumers before and after the sale.
- Ensure business quality and increase client retention.
Candidate Profiles:
- A graduate degree is required.
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in BFSI and Life Insurance is necessary.
- Age range: 22-38 years.
- Candidates must be residents for a minimum of three to five years.
