Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We are hiring for India's most leading and and results-driven Assistance sales manager to join our growing team.
Rules & responsibilities :-
- Assisting with sales plans, identifying growth opportunities, and analyzing market trends
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ensuring the store is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with products
- Communicating sales strategies to the team, providing feedback, and collaborating with other departments
- Representing the company at industry events and gaining market insights
Candidate profile :-
- Age should between 21 to 38
- Graduation is mandatory
- 1 year experience in insurance sector + 3 year experience in sales field
- A candidate should be able to communication with people
- A candidate should be able to team handling
- A candidate should be able to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
