Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
- Assess customer needs and risk appetite to provide investment options.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Generate leads and build a new customer base through outreach.
- Collaborate with all departments for effective sales coordination.
Requirements:
- Graduate or postgraduate with 1-4 years of sales or marketing experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Established client relationships are a plus.
- Must be local.
