Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
As an Assistant Sales Manager in the insurance sector, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Role and Responsibilities :
- Achieving the sales target through assigned leads, which may be self-generated or may be generated by the Branch Ops, Call Centre teams and/or other sources.
- Meeting prospective customers in assigned geography to understand their financial need and sell insurance solutions that cater to their needs.
- Take daily follow-up of clients
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)

- Experience : Min. 1 Year in Sales and Marketing Job Type: Full Time-On Roll.
- Age : 24 to 38 years.
- Education : Any Graduation.
- Candidate : Local Candidate.
