Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train insurance agents to expand agency network.
- Develop strategies to achieve recruitment and sales targets.
- Support agents with training, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in agency development or sales management within life insurance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Must be local
