Role and Responsibilities :
- Achieving the sales target through assigned leads, which may be self-generated or may be generated by the Branch Ops, Call Centre teams and/or other sources.
- Meeting prospective customers in assigned geography to understand their financial need and sell insurance solutions that cater to their needs.
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Business meetings.
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month.
- Maintain healthy relationship with customers and distributors.
- Work on opportunity of cross sell and upsell.
- Focused effort to drive renewal premium collection
Desired Candidates Profile :
Experience : Min. 1 Year in Sales and Marketing Job Type: Full Time-On Roll.
Age : 24 to 38 years.
Education : Any Graduation.
Candidate : Local Candidate.
Key Skills Required :
- Good communication skills
- Superior abilities in presentation, negotiating and listening
- Ability to develop systematic sales strategies
