Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
Assist the agency development manager in managing and growing the agency channel.
Responsibilities :
- Aid in the hiring and onboarding of new agents.
- Keep an eye on agent performance and offer support when required.
- Arrange training sessions and agent meetings.
- Manage agency channel-related administrative duties.
- Support the creation and application of sales strategy.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree.
- One to two years of sales experience, ideally in the insurance sector.
- Excellent analytical and organizing abilities.
- Capacity to function well in a collaborative setting.
