Assistant Sales Manager - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
We are hiring for India's most leading and and results-driven Assistance sales manager to join our growing team.
Rules & responsibilities :-
- Assisting with market trends analysis, growth opportunity identification, and sales plans.
- Assuring client pleasure and cultivating and preserving connections with important clients.
- Making certain that the store is filled with goods, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Sharing sales tactics with the group, giving constructive criticism, and working with other
departments.
- Representing the business at trade shows and learning about the market .
Candidate profile :-
- Age should between 21 to 38
- Graduation is mandatory
- 1 year experience in insurance sector + 3 year experience in sales field
- A candidate should be able to communication with people
- A candidate should be able to team handling
- A candidate should be able to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
