Assistant Sales Manager - Industrial Product (3-8 yrs)
1. To develop and expand the business in Industrial & building segments in the assigned territory.
2. Responsible to deliver targets on sales volume, price and grow the business significantly & consistently
3. Responsible for market intelligence, generating project leads & proactively pursuing them together with technical specifications team to a logical conclusion.
4. Generate inquiry data bank & track the progress on regular basis and seek support where ever required.
5. Drive brand / product differentiation in the market by Thermal / Acoustic Performance of Rockinsul & Tuffinsul products.
6. Market knowledge of end customers/ specifiers / architects / consultants & contractors in the building & Industrial segments is a key requirements for this role
7. Create Brand / Product awareness based on applications / performance among the specification
community/ OEMs & look for opportunities for converting other types of insulation to Rockwool in Industrial & building segments.
8. Implement all key initiatives to achieve the strategy & growth.
9. Develop & maintain effective networking with end customers, distributors and contractors within the Industrial & building segments
10. Promote System Selling for dry wall partitions, sandwich panel applications etc.
11. Develop Themes & participate in relevant exhibitions in the region to promote the brand and improve sales revenue.
12. Will work quite independently and does what it takes for business growth in the region.
