Assistant Sales Manager - Healthcare (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Create and implement sales strategy to increase market share and meet revenue goals.
- Use networking with healthcare organisations and professionals, cold contacting, and prospecting to find and seize new business prospects.
- Develop and preserve a solid rapport with current clients by being aware of their needs and promptly offering assistance and answers.
- Showcase the features and advantages of our diagnostic supplies to clients through product presentations, demos, and training sessions.
- Work together with the marketing group to create campaigns, initiatives, and promotional materials to aid in sales.
- To spot possibilities and dangers, keep abreast of market trends, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Create and deliver sales projections, analysis, and reports to management, offering suggestions and insights for enhancement.
- Represent Biowel in events, trade exhibits, and conferences for the industry.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
