Assistant Sales Manager - FMCD (3-5 yrs)
1) Target management : according to the company's target, make it your own target, plan to the monthly target and quarterly target, and achieve the target as planned.
2) Self-management : actively complete KPI assessment indicators;Visit distributors, KRO outlets and achieve the purpose;Organize and train distributors for effective management of distributors.
3) Distributor management services: follow up the primary and secondary of the distributor, and urge the distributor to complete the targets within the specified time.Fulfill market stock target set by the company.Select the right distributor and optimize the distributor
4) Establish communication channels between the company and the distributor, help the distributor have closer cooperation with all departments of the company, help cultivate the distributor team, and help the distributor build a more professional sales team
5) Service of core dealers: visit core dealers regularly, establish good business and relationship, help dealers understand our sales policies, and promote the main push of dealers;To deal with the reasonable demands of distributors in time.
6) MOP management: report the dealers who break MOP to Manager, and follow up and deal with the dealers who break MOP or the distributors who do not act in the first time according to the company's policies
7) Outside stock management:Strictly in accordance with company policy,Implement stringent measures against distributors and dealers who send stock to outside
8) New product launch: cooperate with the company's new product promotion department to rapidly improve the sales of new products and increase the importance and support of distributors to vivo's business.
9) Cleaning model clear- By controlling the ITO of the old model in advance, and transferring the inventory between MD and dealers, the old model can be quickly cleaned up, and sufficient preparations are made for the new product launch
10) Work report: report to superiors regularly every week and every month. Please find out the reason as soon as possible. There is enough time to improve our work at the beginning of the month.
Ability requirement:
1. Have excellent ability of data summary and analysis, and can express work with PPT
2. Have good planning and summarizing ability, and can recognize the development trend of the industry
3. Good understanding and learning ability;
4. Have team management experience, at least 10 people and more than 2 years of management experience
5. At least 1 year management experience of distributors
6. Have working experience in mobile phones, electronic products, operators and other related industries, and understand the needs of distributors and dealers"
