Assistant Sales Manager - Export/Import (3-5 yrs)
- Overall, Sales & business development (Air/Sea, Import/Export, Freight forwarding/CHA)
- Find & develop qualified leads convert them into a business.
- Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing independently.
- Identify potential customers and register opportunities.
- To achieve target allotted by the company.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested by coordinating with operations team and branches.
- Regularly visiting accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams and conducting business review with clients.
- Maintain records of customer details/sales visits/Compliance on all MIS reports/data maintenance and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records of customer details/sales visits in given sales report format.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding amount support by the account department.
- Develop & maintain sales and marketing materials.
- Performs all other duties as assigned and requested by management time to time.
