Assistant Sales Manager - Education Loan (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility will be to engage potential students and parents over the phone, answer queries, and provide information regarding the educational programs.
- Providing in-depth guidance on available academic programs and career opportunities.
- Representing the educational consultancy at fairs, exhibitions, and events for student recruitment.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents based on leads provided.
- Handle inbound inquiries, providing detailed information on courses, fees, and admission processes.
- Convert leads into student visits by scheduling face-to-face counseling sessions.
- Leverage social media platforms and online channels to attract and engage prospective students.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their academic and career aspirations.
- Guide students in selecting appropriate courses based on their interests, skills, and future career goals.
- Provide detailed explanations of available programs, including undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
