About Company : Reputed Health Insurance Company is expanding its Direct Marketing channel by setting up Assistant Sales Manager for Mumbai & Pune
Experience : At least 2yrs + experience in BFSI Sales / Health Insurance Sales
Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate
Salary CTC : 3 lac 3.5 lac
Age Criteria : Max Age 30 yrs
Role and Responsibilities :
- To ensure sales target achievement in the given territory and with the partner bank.
- Effectively Liaison both internally and externally to achieve the desired results.
- Achieve GWP targets with the assigned partner and territory.
- Ensure effective servicing to the channel partners.
- Train, develop, and motivate partner sales and service team members to achieve the functional goals.
- Observe, understand changes in products and distribution strategy of competition and communicate the same to seniors.
