The Job
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development : Identify and acquire new customers for Home Loans and LAP through Direct and DSA channels.
Relationship Management : Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs and other partners to ensure a steady pipeline of business.
Sales Target : Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by driving business through effective strategies.
Market Analysis : Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
Compliance : Ensure all processes are compliant with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Customer Service : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient sales processes and after-sales support.
Ideal Candidate :
Qualifications & Skills :
Experience : 2-5 years of experience in sales, specifically in Home Loans and LAP.
Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Location : Noida-based role, must be comfortable working in the local market.
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the the Financial Services Industry and FinTech industry.
