Assistant Sales Manager - Direct Channel - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a Assistant Sales Manager in agency channel for India's leading life insurance company.
Job Role and responsibilities:
- Candidates with prior experience in BFSI will have an added advantage.
- Plan, organize, and manage the overall business expansion.
- Create a plan for the company's financial success.
- Analysis is essential to the expansion of a business.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams; perform regular market research; go to a variety of conferences and educational events; speak with customers; establish long relationships with clients.
Candidates Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum Gradation in any stream
- Experience: 2 to 4 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing of Any industry
- Age: Should be between 24 to 38 Years.
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 2 years.
