Job Description :

- Maintaining and increasing sales of company's value added dairy products

- Reaching the targets and setting goals for his area

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base

- Servicing the needs of our existing customers

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

- Allocating areas to sales representatives

- Developing sales strategies and setting targets

- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

- Compiling and analyzing sales figures

- Personally dealing with some major customer accounts

- Collecting customer feedback and market research

- Reporting to AGM (Sales - Value Added Dairy Products)

- Keeping up to date with products and competitors

- Manage day to day marketing activity

- Build and develop a sales team which is competent, commercially astute,

dedicated and efficient.

Job specification :

- Degree with MBA in Marketing or related field

- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in FMCG organizations out of which 5 years working in a team handling profile. (Prefer candidate from the Dairy Industry)

Competencies Required :

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent inter-personal skills

- Self-starter with hands-on approach

- Having good geographical knowledge

- Team leader, persuasive and innovative

- Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted time frames

Qualification : Executive MBA PGDBM

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
