Assistant Sales Manager - Cosmetics (2-4 yrs)
Function and Accountabilities :
- Overseeing designated areas and managing beauty cosmetic establishments.
- Uphold relationships, respond to enquiries from every store, and attain profitability in the management and development of the retail outlet channel.
- Verify that the shops adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines on branding, finances, and ethics.
- Educate retail store owners and other important individuals about the advantages of the company's products.
- Locating new retailer shop owners to be included to the company's list of BC and non-BC stores to sell its items.
- Make sure the shops take in more merchandise and pay the distributor on schedule.
- Customise presentations to each prospect's unique needs and problem areas.
- Persuade stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, of the product's benefits and technical features.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
