Assistant Sales Manager - Chemical Product (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- The candidate will be responsible for driving sales within domestic market, expanding our customer base and achieving sales target's.
- The candidate should have a strong understanding of chemical products and experience in B2B sales.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets Customer relationship management.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to refine sales & strategies.
- Negotiate prices, terms & contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from order acquisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Maintain accurate and up - to - date records of sales activities, customer interactions & contracts.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts and market analysis to the sales manager.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
