Responsibilities :
- Assemble, mentor, and manage a group of insurance representatives.
- Create and put into action regional sales strategy in order to reach goals.
- Offer agents direction, field assistance, and training.
- Recognize fresh business prospects and examine industry patterns.
- Keep an eye on agent performance and sales figures.
- Verify compliance with rules and policies of the firm.
Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a similar discipline is required.
- Five plus years in sales, plus two plus years in an insurance management position.
- Excellent communication, sales, and leadership abilities.
- Able to meet sales goals.
- Any recent graduates
- The candidate needs prior fieldwork experience.
