An Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. They help coordinate sales activities, develop strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction, while leading a team of sales representatives. This role requires a combination of leadership, communication, and organizational skills to enhance the efficiency of the sales department and meet company goals.

- Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a focus on leadership.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Qualifications :

- Minimum Undergraduate degree

- Graduation is Mandatory

- Sales Experience of 3 years in which 2 should be of field sales and 1 year should be core LI.

- Salary Packages: 1.80 LPA to 4 LPA
