Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (2-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop agents on a commission basis.
- Drive Life Insurance sales and achieve targets.
- Supervise and monitor agent activities to ensure goal fulfillment.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) and update the Sales Management System.
- Motivate and guide agents for career progression programs.
- Encourage agents to use the Agent Portal & CRM for customer management and cross-selling.
Who Can Apply:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales & Life Insurance.
- Strong local market knowledge and networking skills.
- Must own a vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
- Prior experience in Banking, Finance, or Insurance is preferred.
