Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (2-7 yrs)
The Assistant Sales Manager will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager by helping the sales team achieve their targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibility:
- Support the management of daily sales operations and assist in setting team objectives.
- Provide training, coaching, and motivation to enhance the performance of the sales team.
- Track team and individual performance, identifying areas for improvement and offering support.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued success and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with broader company goals.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Field sales.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Graduations mandatory.
- CTC Package upto: 3.20 LPA.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
