Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (2-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Support the Sales Manager in overseeing day-to-day sales operations and activities.
- Identify new sales opportunities and nurture existing customer relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and assist with forecasting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools.
