Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (2-6 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing sales strategies and setting targets for the team

- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the sales team and ensure smooth operations

- Train, coach, and support sales representatives to enhance performance

- Analyse sales data and prepare reports for management

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction

- Identify market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships

- Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role

- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team

- Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM software

- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
