Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Support the growth of the Agency Channel in the insurance sector by assisting in agent recruitment, training, sales strategy execution, and performance tracking to help achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in recruiting and on boarding new agents.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies and monitor agent activities.
- Conduct product training and provide ongoing coaching to agents.
- Track sales performance and assist in setting targets.
- Build relationships with agents to ensure retention and motivation.
- Generate performance and market reports for management.
Requirements :
- 2+ years in sales, with at least 1 year in insurance or agency management.
- Strong communication, sales support, and coaching skills.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- Knowledge of the Indian insurance market.
