Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Actively market and close deals with local customers on a range of items.
- Create and maintain a solid rapport with both present and future customers in order to meet sales targets.
- Provide engaging product demos and presentations to highlight the special benefits of our offerings.
- Provide clients with appropriate pre- and post-sale services.
- Effectively negotiate and close sales agreements with the goal of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and activities in close collaboration with management and the sales team.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
