Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Convert leads and create revenue using leads that the company shares.
- To reach the sales and profitability targets set by the Direct-Sales Management, expand current accounts and cultivate new ones.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database containing target, existing, and potential customers.
- Manage the sales team effectively to meet sales goals and achieve growth.
- Create and carry out a comprehensive business plan that guarantees the company's strong presence and grows its clientele.
- Establishing goals, mentoring, and tracking sales reps' performance
- Develop enduring, solid relationships with customers by working together and learning about their needs.
- Provide the management team with information on sales, income, and expenses as well as accurate projections.
- Recognize new markets and changes in the industry while being well informed.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
