Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Working in the field by visiting possible clients and locations to generate new leads and business prospects
- Cold phoning consumers to generate inquiries and promote our clients' products
- Create and implement sales plans to boost revenue and market share within the designated area.
- By collaborating with customers and learning about their needs, you may establish and foster enduring connections with them.
- Provide the management team with realistic projections and reports on sales, income, and expenses.
- Recognize new product developments and market trends while keeping abreast of the competitive landscape.
- To understand their needs and provide the best solutions, cultivate and preserve connections with both current and potential clients.
- To close sales opportunities, demonstrate products, respond to customer questions, and resolve issues.
- Work together with the marketing department.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
