Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from them
- Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets, products, operations, and current market trends
- Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and provide high quality customer service
- Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high quality customer service.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using MS Excel and other sales tools
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
