Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and develop the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure targets are met.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets, products, operations, and current market trends
- Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and provide high quality customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
