Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Present and demonstrate our solutions and services to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales technical team to provide tailored solutions and proposals that address client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Manage all sales related activities covering setting and strictly monitoring of sales targets and ensures accurate delivery of products in all sales channels;
- Ensure timely collection of company's money from the market. Develop plan to minimize expiry products from the market.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
