Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Expand the distribution and sales network as much as feasible inside the designated territory in order to strengthen it. Make sure current clients are receiving enough care.
- Recognize the demographics of the market and adjust your sales approach based on client categories.
- Influence the fundamental distribution metrics, like channel satisfaction and profitability.
- Launch proactive relationship management initiatives by maintaining consistent and productive communication with field sales representatives and retailers.
- By using methodical marketing and merchandising techniques, Partners-distributors, retailers, and field sales executives-will receive greater value.
- Create accurate Market Intelligence reports in a timely manner, outlining shifting client trends and rivals' achievements.
- Closely collaborate with the network team to comprehend and enhance the markets' mobile networks.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 ears of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
