Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Create and implement plans to stimulate sales in both existing and new markets.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to find and hire exceptional salespeople.
- Mentoring staff members to assist them in achieving both individual and team goals
- Growing and extending market share in order to meet the region's goals for profitability and revenue.
- Produce leads on your own using lead creation strategies such as cold calling.
- Developing new accounts to generate business requirements and achieving profitability.
- Conduct marketing campaigns to increase the market penetration of software goods.
- Continue to cultivate and manage strong relationships with current clients and engage in product cross-selling and upselling.
- Assure prompt customer revenue collection.
- Have regular interactions with the clients to guarantee a partnership-based and dedicated connection.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
