Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Developing business and achieving the Company's Sales goals
- Create a customer base for Distributors to promote company sales.
- Report regularly to Distributor and Company on performance and market developments.
- Lead the sales and close the deal with the new customer.
- Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs.
- Tracking changes in consumer engagement following the roll-out of each campaign.
- Compiling reports detailing the effects exerted by each campaign, and sharing these with clients.
- Find new channels and Customers for sales and growth of the business.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
