Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Product sales for Microsurgery within the designated zone.
- In charge of expanding and growing direct sales and profit margins for goods and services with designated accounts, territories, and/or regions.
- Forms expert connections with important staff members in client accounts.
- Achieves the given goals for a profitable sales volume and profit margin.
- Manage your company with the utmost honesty and compliance
- Capable of managing essential dialogue, decision-making, and communication
- Expertise and familiarity with well-known people in the area.
- Find national corporations and establish collaborations with them.
- Continue to cultivate connections with local corporate clients.
- Plan different training sessions.
- Assist in making essential visits to corporate offices.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
