Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Interact with prospective buyers who have expressed interest in your items, get to know their requirements, and turn them into paying clients.
- Follow up with leads and customers proactively to make sure the sales process goes well and to answer any questions or issues they might have.
- Relationship Management: Establish and preserve enduring bonds with clients by offering outstanding assistance and customer care.
- Keep abreast of market developments in terms of services, products, and trends to effectively convey value propositions to clients.
- Achieve or surpass the company's performance indicators and sales goals.
- Use CRM software to keep precise records of all customer interactions, sales activity, and results.
- Generate leads and find new business opportunities.
- To improve the sales team's performance, offer guidance and assistance.
- Keep an eye on competition activity, market trends.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
