Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- In charge of expanding and growing direct sales and profit margins for goods and services with designated accounts, territories, and/or regions.
- Forms expert connections with important staff members in client accounts.
- Achieves the given goals for a profitable sales volume and profit margin.
- Manage your company with the utmost honesty and compliance
- Capable of managing essential dialogue, decision-making, and communication
- Establish and preserve solid bonds with important stakeholders and clients.
- Recognise the needs of your clients and offer specialised training programs that satisfy their demands.
- Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and swiftly resolve any problems or grievances.
- Development of Business :
- Find and seize fresh business prospects to grow the clientele.
- Create and preserve a network of connections in the business to advertise the training programs offered by the institute.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
