Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Finds potential customers and assesses their standing in the market; investigates and evaluates available sales channels.
- Promotes items by getting in touch with potential customers, building rapport, and offering solutions.
- Upholds customer relationships by offering assistance, knowledge, and direction; looking into and suggesting new prospects; and suggesting increases in revenue and quality of service.
- Recognises new or improved items by keeping up with competitors, market trends, and industry developments.
- Gathers, evaluates, and summarises data to create reports.
- Upholds organisation standards through the creation and enforcement of high-quality service.
- Stays up to date on professional and technical knowledge through participation in professional societies, reading trade journals, creating personal networks, benchmarking cutting-edge procedures, and attending educational courses.
- Supports group effort by doing relevant tasks as required.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
