Role: Assistant Sales Manager
Objective :
Identify and cultivate a sales team, find new business opportunities, and support the expansion of the organization. The business development manager (BDM), one of a company's most crucial workers, identifies new business opportunities and develops strategies for corporate growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- To increase revenue and business, set goals and make plans.
- To seek new markets, conduct research and put strategy into action.
- Determine which markets have prospective customers.
- Track down leads and assist them in the sales process.
- Establish goals as a team and create strategies to reach them.
Requirements:
- An advanced degree or its equivalent.
- Two to three years of marketing and sales expertise in the field.
- Age range: 21-38 years old.
- Excellent team-management and motivational leadership abilities.
- Outstanding ability to communicate.
