Objective:
A Business Development Manager (BDM) leads the sales team, identifies new opportunities, builds strategies to grow the business, attracts new clients, and helps the company enter new markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set goals for business and revenue growth.
- Find and target new markets.
- Identify potential clients in those markets.
- Follow up on leads and help close sales.
- Set team goals and plan how to achieve them.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree or similar.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Age between 21 and 38 years.
- Strong leadership to manage and motivate a team.
- Great communication skills.
