Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (2-3 yrs)
We are looking to employ a highly driven assistant sales manager. The assistant sales manager's responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer complaints, and assisting with the recruitment of sales staff.
Assistant Sales Manager Responsibilities :
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
Assistant Sales Manager Requirements :
Education : Graduate
Experience : at least 3 years of experience out of which 1y experience in relevant sales, excellent communications in English and Telugu.
Age : Between 24 to 38
CTC : 3.2L + 40k performance based pay
