Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (1-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain excellent client connections to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and marketing teams to meet performance objectives.
- Track and analyse sales success KPIs and marketing campaign efficacy, revising tactics as appropriate.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure that sales and marketing efforts are in line with the overall corporate goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to discover new business possibilities, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
Candidate requirements :
- At least one year of experience in any sales industry.
- Education level : Graduate
- Age : 21-38 years.
- Excellent sales and communication abilities.
