Duties and Responsibility :
- Forms effective working connections with clients.

- To find qualified candidates to be insurance advisors.
- Encouraging the advisers to meet the company's sales goal.
- Good communication skill.
- Generates Manage and oversee the advisers' performance and offer on-the-job training.
- Managing ties with interested parties.
- Retain tenacity for the policies that the advisory team has acquired in order to maximise the team's overall profitability.
