Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
Develop and motivate your sales team, locate and manage local insurance advisers, and collaborate effectively with the central staff.

- Build strong relationships with advisors and customers.
- Sales & Business Development.
- Find and bring on board insurance experts and agents.
- Motivating and developing your sales force.
- Hire and oversee insurance advisors in the designated market.
- Collaborates with the center's staff.
Skills & Qualifications:
- It is advised to have a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least one year of sales experience
- Ages 21 to 38 are the perfect range.
- good communication, sales, and leadership skills.
